VAL "Volunteers of the Year" exhibition (final day)

The Visual Art League of Lewisville presents the art exhibit Volunteers of the Year, Feb. 27 – March 27, in the North Hallway Gallery of Lewisville Grand Theater, 100 N. Charles Street.

This exhibit will feature works created by Visual Art League of Lewisville’s top volunteers of 2020. Artists featured include Nancy Busey, Cary Cox, Jackie Haugen, Deb Kreimborg, and David Mask.

Admission is free, and the gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.

Visual Art League of Lewisville is one of eight local groups receiving funding from the City of Lewisville through a grant program designed to foster cultural and fine arts in the community.

The Grand is the premier public arts facility in Southern Denton County. The 40,000-square-foot facility features a 294-seat proscenium theater, black box theater, dance recital hall, art gallery, five art classrooms and a large courtyard.

To reach The Grand from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. The Grand will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Church streets, or at Lewisville City Hall across Church Street from the center.
