Melinda Camp
Arts Center Manager

Melinda joined the staff of the MCL Grand in November of 2011. She has been in several positions, and moved to her current role in August 2016. Attending the University of North Texas in Denton, Melinda earned a BA in English. With over 20 years of administrative experience, she enjoys working with the Lewisville community to make the arts accessible for everyone. Melinda and her husband, Brian, were longtime Lewisville residents and currently live in Northlake.

Taylor Dupree
Events Supervisor

Taylor joined the MCL Grand team in July 2016 as the Events Supervisor. He is a former student-athlete at Rice University with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Taylor has over five years of event management experience, working for two premier sports & entertainment venues in Texas – Toyota Center (Houston) & AT&T Stadium (Arlington). He is dedicated to planning & executing exceptional events, creating memorable experiences with clients, and developing more fans of Old Town Lewisville.

Aaron Kays
Arts Center Specialist

Aaron joined the team at the MCL Grand in June of 2012 as a part time Theater Attendant, moving to his current position in November of 2015. He attended Sam Houston State University where he received a BFA in Tech Theatre. Aaron has worked in various entertainment fields, from theatre, film, haunted attractions, and street performance, to special effects makeup, designing and constructing sets and costumes, acting, and directing. He loves working in the Lewisville community and helping clients in any way he can. He and wife, Jessica, and their four kids live in Denton.

Joe Nagel
Arts Center Specialist

Joe joined the team at the MCL Grand in June of 2012 as a part time Theater Attendant, moving to his current position in March of 2014. In 2004 Joe started as a general stagehand in local theaters. He has since worked in nearly all capacities behind the scenes of numerous productions. With five years of corporate entertainment experience and eight years of technical experience in theaters, Joe is thrilled to be on team and working with so many wonderful clients and helping them have the best productions possible.

Tim Phillips
Event Programming Coordinator

Tim is an original member of the MCL Grand staff and helped open the facility in 2011 after moving over from his position as Senior Media Specialist at City Hall. Tim books the artists for the Texas Tunes Concert Series as well as the Black Box Songwriter Concert Series. He is also responsible for rentals at Wayne Ferguson Plaza. Tim is a 1982 graduate of Eastern New Mexico University where he earned a BA in Communication with an emphasis in Radio/Television. With a minor in Music Education he fits in with the Arts crowd at the MCL Grand. Tim has been employed by the City of Lewisville since 1985 after moving from Wichita Falls where he directed commercials and news at KAUZ-TV. He and his wife Kim live in Denton.
