Lewisville Lake Symphony The Lewisville Lake Symphony is an all-professional orchestra. The business side is all volunteer. The Texas State Senate has commended the Symphony as one of the most respected and innovative regional orchestras in Texas. Lewisville Lake Symphony presents three performance series each year: The International Chamber Series, the Pops Series and the Symphony Series. The Symphony Series occurs at the MCL Grand. Our Productions Theatre Co (formally Flower Mound Performing Arts Theatre) Our Productions Theatre Co. is Denton County’s only professional theatre since 1993, and brings a full season of plays & musicals to life at the MCL Grand. The theatre is a nonprofit, 501(c)3 recognized charity and has received funding in part by The Town of Flower Mound and The Texas Commission on the Arts. Appearing on FMPAT’s stage have been classic plays such as Fiddler on the Roof, and Man of La Mancha, contemporary favorites Grease, Brighton Beach Memoirs, Little Shop of Horrors, Cabaret, Driving Miss Daisy, Forever Plaid and family favorites Annie, A Christmas Carol, HONK!, and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Along with the main stage productions, Our Productions Theatre Co. has an outstanding Young Artist Training Program emphasizing musical theatre technique and acting for ages 6 ½ to college prep. Sounds of Lewisville A free family favorite since 1991, these outdoor concerts presented by the City of Lewisville feature some of the most popular local and regional bands on Tuesday evenings in June, July and October. Texas Tunes  The Texas Tunes series began in 2011 as part of the inaugural season of Lewisville’s beautiful new arts facility. This series features musicians based in Texas, performing music about Texas and doing so with skill and style. Performers include both contemporary young artists and seasoned professionals. It is all about entertaining audiences and celebrating our diverse Texas culture. The series is presented by the City of Lewisville.
